Will I lose my clients during the switch?

What about my existing bookings?

Can I really get my data out of Fresha?

How long does migration take?

Can I keep my domain name?

Why is SMS extra?

We’re transparent about costs. SMS providers charge us per message, so we pass this on at cost. It’s optional — many clients prefer email reminders anyway.

How does SMS pricing work?

Simple: £5/month for automatic booking confirmations and reminders. For marketing campaigns, you prepay at 5p per SMS. No surprises, no hidden fees.

Is JENA really cheaper than Fresha?

For most beauty professionals, yes — because there are no commissions on new client bookings. Fresha’s total cost depends on how many marketplace clients, SMS/marketing  extras and add-on features you use.
