Monthly UK prices for one professional, including VAT. JENA has no booking commission and does not supply marketplace clients. Fresha charges 20% + VAT on eligible first visits, minimum £4 + VAT. Booksy Boost is optional: 30% + VAT, minimum £5 + VAT. Direct bookings and returning clients do not incur these acquisition fees.

Your quote replaces the subscription amount, including selected add-ons and VAT. It does not verify missing features. Changing tools clears these quotes.

JENA has three plans: Starter at £9/month or £79/year, Pro at £29/month or £249/year, and Max at £49/month or £399/year.
All prices include VAT. Annual plans are billed upfront. Every plan includes unlimited bookings, no booking commission, free migration support and real human support.
There are no booking commissions, new-client fees or hidden subscription charges.
Card payments through Stripe start from 1.5% + 30p per transaction. SMS marketing costs 5p per message, with a £1 minimum per blast. If you use your own domain, you pay your domain provider separately.
You get 14 days free to try JENA. A card is required to start, but your first payment is on day 15. Cancel before then and you won’t be charged.
Yes! Free migration support is included. We can help move clients, appointments and services from your current system. Reviews can move where your current provider supplies an export. Timing depends on the size and format of your data.

Yes. Keep your website and link its “Book now” button to your JENA booking page.
If you’d prefer a branded JENA website, that’s included in Pro and Max. You can keep your existing domain, and our team can help you connect it.
