About JENA
I'm passionate about helping people work independently and earn more. I started LeSalon to help beauty professionals earn more and work more flexibly. But to make it work I had to take commission on every booking, and that never felt like the right way to help.
JENA grew out of that rethink.

The professional does the treatment, builds the relationship and carries the risk. Yet every time they worked, the platform took a share. LeSalon worked that way, and many companies still work that way today.
I wanted to build something professionals could use to run their own business, build their own brand and own the client relationships.
One mobile beauty professional showed me how she managed her business across five apps. Then I started seeing it everywhere. Pro after pro starting their own businesses, working night and day answering client DMs, posting on social media, doing their accounts. All while delivering amazing services and trying to have a life outside work. They were piecing together tools that were not designed for independents but large salons, and didn't fit their needs.
Building a business is not easy. Being good at your craft is one thing. Finding the time and support to run the business around it is another. You need the right tools to build your dream business.

Our aim is to give you more help with running the business, so you can focus on your clients and the work you love. Without giving up control of what you're building.
One thing I didn't expect was how much the community would matter to me.
Starting your own business can be lonely and we decided to create a space for professionals to ask questions and support each other.
I've seen people share a win and others jump in to celebrate. Or ask a question and get an answer from another pro before I've had my morning coffee.
That's part of what we're building too.

His ambition is to use AI to make running a business easier and give solo business owners the support of a team.
Nabil is a serial entrepreneur and full stack engineer who built three businesses before JENA. #8 worldwide contributor on GitHub, he combines deep technical expertise with the experience of building businesses himself. At JENA, he’s using AI to build our tech and help independent professionals handle the work they’d otherwise need a team for.
