How to use AI to to create content

AI has become increasingly popular over the past year and it’s a great efficient way to create content for your wellness and beauty business. There are many AI websites out there and it can be overwhelming to know which one to pick for your business but one we have found to be simple, effective, and also free is Chat GPT. Read below for a step-to-step guide how to maximise the efficiently and accuracy of Chat GPT AI system.  

Step 1) First Message

  • In the first message you want to be as clear as possible and include all of the most relevant information to get the most accurate results.
  • Begin with mentioning who you are, for example, ‘JENA’. Go onto explaining what JENA is, what you do, and who your target audience is.
  • You can add attachments for example your business model structure, or any relevant documents.
  • Then go onto explaining the task that you are working on. For example 'I am working on planning content for my wellness business'
  • Add an example of what you are looking for in order to create accurate results.
  • Now, go on to to asking for the task you require from Chat GPT. It is beneficial to add a specific number, for example, ask for 10 ideas.
  • A good example of your first message would look a little something like the below: 
    'I am a freelance professional and have my own beauty business providing at home beauty treatment to my clients. Some of the services I offer include manicures, pedicures, spray tans, and waxing. I am looking to increase my customer base and to do so, I am planning content I can post on social media. Some ideas I have already created include 'Your Next Sign to Book a Manicure' and 'How to Prepare for your Waxing Booking'. Please can you give me 10 titles for other pieces of content I can use on social media?'.

Step 2) Creating a More Accurate Result

  • After sending the first initial message, Chat GPT would have got back to you with 10 titles that could be used for content.
  • Some of these suggestions you may like more than others, so you can tell Chat GPT which ideas were your favourite and to create some more ideas.
  • Once you have the right amount you are happy with, you can ask Chat GPT to expand on these ideas.

Step 3) Writing the Content

  • To do this, I copied the 10 ideas that I liked and simply asked Chat GPT to expand on these ideas and create the content for each piece. Make sure you are specific for where you'd like to use the content. For example, if you're looking for post ideas for Instagram, or if it's for customer emails you'd like to send.
  • Once you have your response, if you are not happy with it you can ask Chat GPT to re-write it for you. If you are happy with it, you can copy the response and make any amendments to it that you’d like. I always make sure that the content is written in UK English, and not US, as well as removing or adding in any additional information to make it less generic and more personalised.
