Booksy Boost is optional: 30% + VAT, minimum £5 + VAT. Direct bookings and returning clients do not incur these acquisition fees.
Card processing, extra SMS/email/AI usage, domains and hardware are excluded. AI channels differ: JENA uses website chat; Fresha also handles calls and messages. Human support here includes phone support. A missing or unverified feature means no complete comparable total is shown.
Your quote replaces the subscription amount, including selected add-ons and VAT. It does not verify missing features. Changing tools clears these quotes.

Your six free months begin when your trial starts. After that, you pay the standard price of your selected plan. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Are there any other fees?+
There are no booking commissions or new-client fees. Card processing varies by plan and card type. SMS marketing costs 5p per message, with a £1 minimum per blast. Domain registration is paid to your domain provider.
Can I keep my website and move my clients?+
Yes. Add your JENA booking link to your existing website. For moving clients and appointments, see the migration steps above.
Is JENA right for me if I’m just starting?+
Yes. Add your services, working hours and booking page before you have a full diary. JENA helps you manage bookings from the clients you attract. It is not a marketplace that supplies clients.
Can I cancel and take my data with me?+
You can export your client information and business data. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. See the subscription cancellation terms. Standard annual subscription payments are non-refundable.
